The signature is granted by National Institutional Facilitation Technologies (NIFT) and can be obtained from the SECP online services. Logging into eServices at eservices.secp.gov.pk, create user ID and password for name reservation process. Use Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or above (32-bit). At this stage user will enter proposed company name, select company kind from drop down menu, choose mode of payment and complete remaining steps and submit application along with payment of the prescribed fee.
If the Company name has been reserved successfully, the Company Incorporation facility will be available at this stage. After digital signatures, "Submit to SECP" button will become active and clicking this button will submit documents/application to the SECP and a process reference number will be generated. Click on submitted processes to print the challan form. This is then submitted into bank.
